So how can you take the things that you know and begin using the tools and communication skills to begin improving your relationship?

Thank you BPD supporter. These are the words I needed my hwBPD to hear today so I sent them to him and let him know I didn't write the words but I mean them. He was very touched. No matter how much I try to let him know that although I can not say I know how he feels, I do understand why he feels the way he does... .he does not feel I get it.

Thank you for helping me show him I get it.

It reminds me of the concept of 'Opposite Day', but it is of course every day. I wish more people understood this sooner.
