I am ... .My spouse has BPD, and I am in pain around a bunch of things going on in my life. She had a rageful morning, and was sick.  Also my mom who is 89 is deteriorating, and one of my siblings ,   Who is dual diagnosis and has had five hospitalizations and rehab stays in seven months. I am hurting emotionally and Ineed to deal with that. I usually do a lot better than this.She can make her rage like a knife to cut through  me., and  this moment I'm just too tender.
