Hi, i'm new here. my wife of 13 years fits all the characteristics of BPD and has Narcissistic traits.  Not sure where to start or what to do.  I am starting therapy today for myself and plan to approach my wife.  I am scared of what her reaction will be to all of this and haven't told her of the therapy yet.  holding out hope we can work through this together.

Welcome hopeful2017

Welcome

So glad that you are getting therapy for yourself. I'm sure it will be helpful. How will you approach telling her about getting therapy? WHat do you think she will say about it?
