I'm not familiar with your story, so forgive me if I ask for details that you've covered previously. :)o you think you are suffering the effects of trauma from either the r/s or the breakup? Recognising anxiety allows us to take some corrective action. I was having pretty severe PTSD effects from very disturbing events in my r/s and found that some prescribed medications have a reducing effect on the anxiety that I feel. How long have you been having these attacks for now? It may be an idea to speak to a doctor for advice if you are struggling with these in an ongoing way. We also have a workshop here on

Can you identify what the 4pm trigger might relate to? :)id something happen at this time specifically? Do you feel there is a connection to the guilt you are feeling?
Where did you see your ex? This can be very difficult. How did you feel when this happened?
