Day 14 no seeing her and she is texting me

Oh my.  Friday at 5PM.  She is texting me asking to work it out!  Why Why Why Why did I text her back?  Wow  All the counseling I FAILED!  I unblocked her last night.  I had it coming to me.

After reading your other posts I see you sent a CEASE and DESIST notice.  What action do you plan to take, if any?  Are you saying that you responded?  If so, this goes against what you sent.  How are you feeling right now?  Your post sounds desperate.  Think carefully before you act right now.

Take Harley Quinn’s advice. Take a step back. Now is the time to rationalize. Now is the time to ask yourself questions, and to give yourself a logical answer. Remember, she operates on emotion. You operate on logic. Also, if you suspect that she is BPD, what do you think her emotions do, besides making her decisions for her? To her, FEELINGS =FACTS. Think about that. She makes decisions at any given time based off of non- factual stuff. She makes up her own reality regardless of facts and logic. Are you prepared to adjust your life, the things that you cherish, the activities you enjoy, and most importantly, your own identity for a girl that is incapable of loving you in the same way that you love her? Are you willing to be a walking dead man for her? I’m sorry if that was insensitive. I’ve been in your shoes. Bluntly speaking, no good will come from you allowing her to recycle you. You will end up worse off than you feel now. TAKE THE ADVICE! DON’T DO IT! We all understand why you want to. That’s why we’re all here. I’m actually violating the guidelines of this forum by telling you not to let her back in, but you can’t. You shouldn’t. If you do, you will be back on this forum more broken than you are now. Be wise, friend. It hurts. Let it be that, alone. Don’t add to it.

Why Why Why Why did I text her back?  Wow  All the counseling I FAILED!

I understand exactly how you feel. I'm not sure if that's helpful at all, but I do understand. Please try to remember in these moments that you did not fail. If you're anything like me, the text brought up lots of emotions for you and you lost your grounding. It still doesn't mean that you failed. It means that you are a human.

She gave me a big song and dance she never got the email about the Cease contacting me.  I was weak and accepted it. I wanted it so in my head.  I asked for it and got it.

I visited her over the weekend, actually THE WEEKEND.  Big failure on my part.  That sounds so bad but true and the way I feel.  She is an un-diagnosed BPD I'm VERY confident on it, 100%!.  I just can't get away. I feel like I let my friends, family, coworkers and especially my daughter down.

I go my therapist on Thursday and will start over.

I don't want her in my life.  I guess I need help just as much as she does.  :-(
