Ex-wife assaulted my sister and my 12 year old nephew - judge made a ruling

I've posted a few times about my Xw assaulting my sister and my 12 year old nephew and a few people replied and asked to keep them posted, well the judge finely made a ruling.

My sister was expecting nothing to come of it, all she was hoping for was at least it got to court and she would have something if it ever happened again, after all Xw has been harassing my sister and her family for years.

So the judge handed Xw guilty on 2 counts of assault, probation, a fine and no contact with my sister or her family. Pretty tough for a first offense. Everyone is pretty excited. Xw has been nicer than usual to me but I don't fall for it.

She's a sneaky, lying slink.

Hi heartandwhole, it's been a year for sure, it got to court pretty fast. I'm surprised how fast it went and the amount of thought and time the judge put into this case considering the back log.
  Xw has been harassing my sister for years. I don't know why it escalated into physical assault. I know Xw went running to her BF and he swallowed it hook line and sinker but the judge didn't fall for her victim act and believe me Xw poured it on thick.

Hi Mutt, it feels good that justice was finely to Xw, that a judge didn't fall for her act and saw through her lies. I did not receive such justice in family court, for me family court is a disgraceful excuse of Justice where the best lier wins but at least for my sister the judge saw through xw and administered Justice accordingly.

Hi Turkish, most important, my r/s with my son is very good. He wants little or nothing to do with my family, especially my sister.
