Being emotionally abused is very unpleasant. I am sorry you have experienced this. In what ways is she emotionally abusive?

You have quite a lot on your plate right now. Caring for a parent with dementia is already quite challenging enough.

Why do you think your sister's behavior has gotten worse these last few years? Does this negative change in her behavior perhaps coincide with your parent's dementia?

I had the same, in that if your sibling is BPD they get very jealous and competitive, and if you're their only sibling, then you are going to be their main target. Giving yourself a break sounds like a good idea, how is that working out ? What has been the most hurtful behaviour you had to endure ?
