I am having hard time to improve from my codependency with my ex who is untreated BPD. Please, what literature, therapy should I do?

What do you define as codependency, and have you had professional guidance arriving at this conclusion?

says, Welcome! I'm unclear why you are linking love with codependency. If you are codependent, that's something you can address. If you still love your Ex, maybe that's more an issue of detaching, as it is for most on this Board. Fill us in, when you can.
