Hi.  What you describe sounds great and I am so very pleased for you!  It is great that you are able to change long standing patterns and set boundaries.

We are changing the layout of the site so the Survivors Guide is no longer on the right but you can find it in the Suggested Reading thread tacked to the top of the board.  I can link it here for you.  The Survivors Guide is actually part of a larger book titled Survivor to Thriver Manual.  The book is free to download when you join the site (which you did) so the layout is a bit different but each step has it's own chapter.

Thank you very much ! I see the Survivor to Thriver Manual is even more complete than the Survivor's guide, that's awesome !  

I'm clearly at the 13th step right now (I accept that I have the right to be who I want to be and live the way I want to live). I feel I'm closed to finish mourning the loss of my idealized mother. I think I'll reach the 14th step when I'll live alone and be truly self-sufficient.
