Lost: Feel like I'm breaking with nowhere to turn

I am new to this but i need some hep or i guess some support from other individuals who have the same dis order as my wife. This is hard and emotionally draining. It seems like I can never do anything right and when I do it is not enough. I feel like i am more sad now adays then i am happy. And with having a toodler everything is overwhelming. I feel like I am breaking and i have nowhere to turn. Shes up and then shes down. And i ahve to watch what I say and if its not her way then its no way at all. I just need to vent and not feel like I am crazy.

As husband to a BPD wife and with two young children, I can deeply relate to the stress of facing BPD and child raising in the same breath.

Please do take us a bit deeper into your situation and what got you to this point. Do you have any family or friends aware of the situation that can support you?
