Hello. Just finished the book Walking on Eggshells and it really spoke to me. I need to learn more. Been in a relationship for 23 years. Recently separated and just now learning that what I have dealt with is not normal. Trying to make my own choices and build self esteem.

Hi GoodCoffee! I love your username. Good coffee helps me sustain a lot of things.
You are in the right place. How are you feeling now that you are realizing that what you have experienced is not normal?

How are you feeling right now, and how has the book been helpful. Are you separated as in "marriage"?
Let us know how you're doing and making choices to build your esteem

Hi GoodCoffee,
Twenty three years wow you probably have a lot of stories that you can tell us. I just wanted to join the others and welcome you to the site. What behaviours did you see that sent you searching for answers that led you here to bpdfamily?
