Has anyone tried a therapist through virtual therapy rather than driving and meeting in an office? We have limited access to therapists specializing in BPD and wondering if this may be an option. If so any recommendations? (PM if worried about anonymity)  It wouldnt matter where since it is online.

I have tried it .  I thought the initial process to match you with a therapist was good.  I was not able to get skype to work,  so the interaction in each session was slow and cumbersome.  I guess I have to say the price was reasonable.  I think I paid a monthly fee,  which gave me as many sessions as I could schedule with my therapist.    All in all it was helpful,  but not like face to face with out skype.  Hope this helps.
