2 aren’t reaching out. I guess they’re busy too and me not talking much didn’t help so it’s been NC for a few months. The other person, she knows id been In a bad place and in some crisis mode. I feel like once I talk to her she’ll ask what the crisis was and if I don’t explain (which I rather not), she’ll think I was ignoring her for no reason leading to damaging the friendship further. I’m just like, what do i say “uhh been stressed sorry” that may come off cold since I’d known her for a decade.  Since she’s a deep friend and with how I still can feel low it’s harder to keep up with an emotionally demanding friendship too so maybe I’m avoiding it alltogether.

people tend to take this sort of thing personally. they think its them. then, if we arent careful, they start to move on.

you need your friends.

Yeah I think those 2 kinda just gave up. Maybe I gave off distant vibes/leave me alone vibes and that’s why. So there’s likely  one left who is still reaching out. But if I don’t make a move fast she may move on too... .

Okay I got it, i think.

What about this as very light

Since he said he wasn’t feeling well when he canceled.

Are you feeling any better this week? I’ve been napping too much (laugh cry emoji)

Or
Since my exam, I’ve been napping too much (cry laugh emoji) anyhow I’m free to talk all this weekend

Also I called back that one friend today finally so I feel less underwaters! Even though it was really tough for me to make that call, I just pushed through it, I could sense it's gonna take some time to rebuild this, but it felt like a good step she was understanding.

im not sure about this. the first one might feel pressuring, with the second one, it doesnt leave much to respond to, and also tells him youre waiting around to hear from him. have you thought any since?

im glad you called your friend.
