Everyone within this community. It’s okay to cry yourself to sleep. It’s ok to not be able to sleep. It’s ok to be angry. It’s ok to empathize and it’s ok to be indifferent. It’s ok to ruminate, and it’s ok to be jealous. It’s ok to reminisce and be nostalgic. It’s ok to miss them. It’s ok to be afraid of them. It’s ok to feel sorry for them. It’s ok to want them. It’s ok to be NC with them. It’s ok to communicate with them. It’s ok to reconnect with them. It’s ok to be where you are with them and yourselves. It’s ok to love them. It’s ok to have harsh feelings towards them. It’s ok.
Everything is ok.

Thanks, JNChell. I can tell myself those things and it doesn't provide the same reassurance, but reading it here is comforting.

Thank you
JNChell
.
This home away from home, this "place", an almost uncomfortable sanctuary we find solace in from our immediate lives. This is not "our" bed, but a safe place to sleep for the night. This is my personal feeling.
We are our wonderful selves with our greatness and faults and as every breath we take is ours alone, we have existed before in time to some degree.
We will be ok, no question. Everyone hurts, pain is a part of life, happiness and peace are out there with enough for us, ALL of us.
Thank you JNChell.
