This is the hardest break up I’ve ever dealt with

Update in case people are following my process . Yesterday I had a tough day but I was doing better and I had fun last night but I sent her a voice message saying I miss you because I was drunk (I did drunk to cope I was just having fun) and in the morning I checked her snap and she blocked me on everything even though I wasn’t her friend on social media. It hurt but at the same time it’s better because I wasn’t strong enough to do it my self. I miss her so much but I’m doing better and It’s almost 2 weeks ! Since she left so I’m glsd I’m out of that emotional abusive and controlling relationship.

Hi frankofwgkta,
I'm sorry that you're going through this. These r/s break ups can make you feel like an emotional pretzel - on the logical side you know that it's not good for you to go back and on the emotional side you pine to have your ex back.
We end up becoming a source of shame for a pwBPD if they were to see us or to hear us it would be a reminder to them of their dysfunctional behaviour your ex can't cope with that right now.

yeah i completely agree with you. the last time we got back together i was asking her about what did she go through when we were broken up and she told me she cried every night and all she wanted is to call me. i also asked her about her dates and she would tell me they weren't you. well anyways, then i start talking about how hard it was for me and how broken i was and all the stuff we all went through days after the break up . and she would always tell me i don't want to talk about this. she never wants to hear how she hurt me.
