Was just told that my kid may have BPD.  I bought the workbook for the book about not walking on eggshells and it has so many traits that we have been experiencing an a unit in our household.

HelloSandlmab]S[/b]
Welcome to the group
You have come to the right place for help and support. Eggshells is a great book
I think most of us have read it
There is a ton of other book recommendations and articles and videos on this site that you may want to look at as well when you are ready. There is also a ton of love and support to be had here in this group so I am glad you joined us. What else are you comfortable sharing about your kid? How did the diagnosis come about?

Are there other siblings?

Do you have someone else (a partner) who is supporting you?

It's great that you're reading and reaching out for support. A skilled family member can make a big difference
