Well a bit about my situation, I come from a narcissistic home and have received help from it.  The last step to my healing journey is having to separate myself from my sister.  She's been my best friend and social circle without much of a choice.  My mom was told years ago but a mental health professional that my sister may have bpd.  I've been listening to audio books about bpd and she has all the symptoms.  I just feel lost. Emotinally tired.  My sister has found a new life after taking control over mine and I can't go through this again.  I am looking to find some steps on how to get my life back without her nagging voice in my head telling me it's wrong.   I feel sad too because I should have been stronger and not have lost myself.  Im mad at her too for many reasons.  Due to narcissistic behaviours in my family, I have no one to turn too and therapy isn't in my budget.  Dhas anyone gone through something similar.

Hi and Welcome

You are in the right place for support as you work on detaching from your sister.  We are all, to one degree or another, working on this here.   Doing the right thing (click to insert in post)

Can you describe a typical interaction with your sister and what you say and how it makes you feel?  It will give us a better idea of how to guide you as you work towards differentiation.

Excerpt
My sister has found a new life after taking control over mine and I can't go through this again.
Can you share more about this?

In the meantime, I hope you read and jump in and post.  We really do get it here.
