This is my first time posting here after joining this support group this morning.
My husband has untreated BPD and although I've been learning a lot about his condition I have just come to my wit's end.
It is dawning on me that I have been going to him, trying to ask him how in the world his behavior makes sense to him and that I'm asking the wrong person. He clearly cannot help me make sense of things that he can't even realize are crazy-making.
At any rate, how do I learn to stop trying to get someone who has hurt me deeply emotionally to help me heal?
