Both my parents have disorders: Mother is BPD and father is Narcissistic. Neither will acknowledge it and I am struggling to maintain any kind of relationship with them. Seeking advice and wanting to know what has worked well for others.

You have come to the right place to seek wise counsel about a mother with BPD and father who is narcissistic. People with BPD and NPD or narcissitic traits often marry, and you might want to google about this type of pairing. I was raised by a mother with BPD and a father who was narcissistic. By far my mother was the more difficult one to deal with as she had no capacity to see that there was anything wrong with her. My father did become a better man as he was able to take feedback from others.
Can you tell us more about your relationship with your parents and how it is affecting you right now?

Can you tell us a little about what's happening in your relationship with your BPD SO, so we can have a better idea how to support you?
