Hello,
I'm new here. I am not new to bpd. I've been married to my bpd 40 years and still learning. I've gone to counseling, worked a 12 step for co-dependency, and struggled along with stubborn commitment the best I can. I'm grateful for many tender mercies and support that has got me this far. I am hoping to zero in on support that will help me better develop the skills taught in  Randy's book from people who are doing the same. I'm weary. I want to get free from the victim blame game and find ways to love in healthier ways.
