Hi- It's my first post. Thank you for reading.
I have had problems with my wife for many years. I now understand she has BPD.
She has always had issues but everything got much worse a few years ago.
After reading a few books on BPD, I have come to realize that I am not alone.
The years of working within her altered reality have taken its toll on me and my children.
We were all operating in her norm.
The hard and confusing part is that she is a wonderful person.
And her "symptoms" had always been just her temper.
But as life has gotten more challenging with older children she has been getting worse and worse.
I love her very much but I don't know what to do or how to handle her.
Thanks-

Welcome

I'm so glad you found us and made your first post!  Very big step!

Can you tell us more about older children making it "worse and worse"?  What do you think that is about?

Can you read the article below?

What it takes to be in this type of relationship

What is your first reaction?

I'll check back soon to see your reply.

Best,
