Ex gf stalks me on social media
«

Well, I was in a peaceful place since the last message I received from her asking me to not reach out anymore and to not contact her family ever again.
3 weeks later, she comes back to stalk my social media with her fake account (first name and last name with « light » at the end).
She used this account the last few months but never told her I knew.
I don’t know what does she wants. I don’t want to reach out. But a part of me wants her to come back and talk to me.
I don’t know why she comes back now.
Any idea ?

She's likely as conflicted about the whole relationship, just as you are. It happens regardless of whether someone has a personality disorder or not.
If she hasn't contacted you but is looking at your social media, it probably just means she is nostalgic. Or trying to check on you. Sometimes it just means someone is trying to satisfy their curiosity. Who hasn't been there? Even amongst healthy people.

Ok but we broke up 9 months ago and she uses a fake account. She does the same on our first breakup.
I just want to move on but it seems it’s not easy.
I’m trying to meet other women, focus on my work and take care of myself a lot.
But I can’t forget her. She’s in my head in my first thought in the morning and the last one.
How do you handle this guy? Any tips would be welcome
