What a gorgeous play from uBPDm, bravo !

Without any prompt from me, my uBPDm decided to text yesterday to say : I don't have your way with words, and I don't think you always understand what I mean when I write. We are available for a call on week days, during the morning. And we will come by your house when you are settled to drop the children's things. By the way, the picture I sent was not meant to hurt you.

To which I answered : Thank you for precising your intention with the picture. I will call you with DS and DD sometime this week.

(Yeah right, wasn't meant to hurt me... She knew it could be hurtful so in my book, it meant she totally was looking for a reaction)

This morning : on second thought, I will wait to see the children in person. But give me news.  Thanks.

See what I see ? Note that my letter stated we would scedule a visit for the SUMMER at the soonest. She is reeling herself in, very slowly. If I remind her it won't be before the summer : BOOM. If I buy peace by allowing her in my house before then, then I am not firm to my boundaries. It's a slow, slow reel on, but I see it clear as day...

Husband is mad like crazy at the situation. He wants me to cut all ties.
