It is very succinct and helps so much whether the breakup is coming, happened already, or is in the past and you’re working on detaching.

Wanted to post it here in case it helps anyone else.

There are also threads here on detaching dedicated to each of the 10 beliefs (or most of them at least). Super helpful to read them too.
