How long does this last

Hi all,

I am just out of a 3-year relationship, I made the call to finish as things had become really abusive and devaluing. The things that were said to me, no other human has ever hurt me so much.

With a couple of weeks of me calling it a day, she had a new guy!

We now live 100k away and my social media is being flooded with lies about abuse.

My phone and emails are being spammed, I even had the police at the door, and I had to show them who the abuser was.

I have a feeling that this person is trying to ruin my life and won't stop until it happens.

Any advice or help here guys?

Im sorry that you're going through this. Members here can relate with words of extreme hurt and going through an intense riposte of being split black.

If you recall at the beginning of your r/s you didn't experience the bad behavior but over time the cracks start to appear and the bad behavior is directed at you.

I would make your self as small a target as possible, eventually the attention will shift to the new person.

 Is she BPD or something else?

BPDs normally don’t keep at it for long. They will revisit whenever the new “love” falls apart. When they are solid with the replacement they forget you quickly.
