Hi,

I was on the boards a lot last year, and just wanted to come back to say hello and wish everybody here my best. In case there is anybody here from my graduating BPD class of '22, hey! I met some special, generous, and knowledgeable people here and it reminds me of what the internet might have become if it hadn' t been so commercialized.

I'm doing much better, it was very good to take time off from any BPD related issues. I had an important promotion (sort of) and actually found staying busy with work the least harmful way of moving forward, and of staying focused. It's true that habit and routine help a lot (every day, all day, with many minor slip-ups) although I must say I would prefer to let loose and be free instead of constantly compartmentalizing (but baby steps).

For those who remember my story, I'm also in the process of putting money aside, talking to lawyers, etc etc., now that I have my health back. Not an edifying rabbit hole to go down, to be sure, but one that I think is necessary for me.

I also met (corresponded?) with some people on the other boards who helped me a lot so in case you see this, say hi and let me know how you're doing!
