I said motivational uplifting YouTube videos, not suicidal.

I think it's time you call professional help harm. Before you harm yourself.

I just finished watching the video... .  interesting perspective.

What the person making the film boils thoughts of suicide down to is that your thoughts are not you, and what needs to die, are the destructive thoughts that are getting in the way of your happiness.  That's my very basic interpretation of a complex series of statements.

Does that sound about right, Harm?

Harm - I know your pain.  A lot of us do. You are not alone.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel, you just have to wait until you get close enough to see it.

It's there, I promise you.

Imagine if there is somebody amazing lined up for you - same sort of personality and charisma as your ex, but with none of her issues - that will love you unconditionally.  You don't know it's not out there for you, same way I don't. (I'm not hopeful, but hey!)

You deserve better than this Harm - you have been screwed over, and it's NOT fair and it's NOT ok!

But it's also not your fault.

Please speak to somebody, you deserve so much more than this hell of an existence xxx

Yes. It reminded me of some of the lessons ive went through with my T. Rather than ducking away and pretend its not there, face it head on, let it succumb you and realize those thoughts are in need to get rid of. I found it very interesting to watch.

Some of the statements that he made were great, like 'What you resist, will persist.'

I had a moment in my life where I decided that I was no longer going to duck, as you say, from my triggers, and instead confront them.  It was the moment I actually took back control over my life instead of just reacting to external/internal conflicts.
