I am approximately four months out of a relationship with a women who I strongly believe was BPD.

The first few weeks were awful, but upon reflection is was easy compared to the last few months of being with her.

I should make it clear I take full responsibility the role I played in the charade, which began to develop around five months into the year long relationship.

I was not familiar with the disorder until I started entering elements of per bizarre behaviour into Google. I need to thank posters for their help as I have been a regular visitor to this site since just after Christmas... .2013!

Your experiences and advice have been  a great help to me.

Best wishes to all.

Hi there, Technique. I'm glad you decided to say hello and share your story.

Looking at the role we played in the dysfunction is an important step in healing.  Doing the right thing (click to insert in post)

This is a great way to look at it.

It sounds like you're in a good place, at four months out. What do you feel helped you the most in those awful first few weeks?
