I've been married for 19 years to a man who cheated on me told me it was my fault he cheated because his needs were not being met. He abused me sexual telling me it was my job as his wife to please him the way he wanted. When I said no I was made to feel like a bad person and wife and he hurt me anyway I ate breakfast alone every morning while he payed in bed with x rated movies pleasing himself. The medical complaint are crazy everything from a sore back to nerve pain to he can't walk(overweight by 60lbs)to self injury by accidents... a lot of accidents  I have just learned he has BPD and his family has know for years and his family has run for the hills and I've been alone. my self esteem is gone my family has also removed themselves from my life my friends are gone and I'm no longer the person I was 20 years ago. The life I thought I would have is gone.

Hi feeling alone,

Welcome

I'd like to welcome you to  bpdfamily, I'm so sorry to hear that you had go through that horrible ordeal  Are you safe right now? I can relate with that isolated feeling, turning to family members and friends and explaining to them what you're going through and you get that perplexed look. I think of like a divorce, it's difficult for someone to empathize with how painful it is if the have not gone through the experience.

You'll find that you fit right in here, many members can relate with you and offer you guidance and support. You're not alone.

A pwBPD have a persecution complex and view themselves as a victim and blame the world for their problems. I'm also sorry that you don't have a support network , just to let you know that there is always someone here to talk to 24/7/365, what do you for self care?

feeling alone,

Being abused and having to be there while other things are going on with him are brutal.  As Mutt says, we ate here for you.  Have you thought about reaching out to a local helpn line? Calls are anonymous,  and a comforting,  supportive voice can help... .
