Hey i m a GP in uk/ ireland and managed to survine a hidden BPD gf for 1 year. The truth came out at the end when i finally caught her cheating etc, so i had a palpable reason to leave the toxic relationship and start CBT .
After 200 h of CBT ( one to one)and books that i read including "stop walking on eggshels "and "i hate don t leave me "and technic CBT/DBT books + most of the internet literature i managed to write a letter to a BPD ex gf
WOuld you be interested to see if you can find yourself there?
It s about how i was living in dissociation and all other defence mechanisms i had  as i was a narcisist myself. It s about my childhood trauma that made me a narcisist and it s about Venus and Mars , represented by the BPD and the NPD.

If you have an interest in evolving and if you think you are ready to change your life, if ylou want to fight with the devil in hell so you can see if there is a heaven or not that you might never reach, you are in the right place.

Hi nonBorderline,

Welcome

Id like to join once removed and welcome you to the family.

How long have you been broken up? Can you share your letter? It might help someone in need.
