How do I cope

Me and my partner have been together for seven years and I first realized something was wrong a couple of years ago. I found out it is BPD and I am broken, tired of the highs and the lows. This has really messed me up mentally and I have lost my self. Need advice on how to cope because the love I feel is real and I am not ready to let go!
