I used to have a bad habit of saying I needed something rather than would like something. i gave my partner the job of pulling me when i did it, and a pwBPD will notice if you do it. So the message kind of rubbed off

I know I can change how I interact. Soemtimes those changes are easy other times they come at a price. I have been trying to really keep in mind how I use words and what words I use.
