Poll: Age age gap in your BPD relationship? How gap in your BPD relationship? How did it compare?

Hi again folks, just a curious question here.  In my case I was a lot older than my x BPD partner.  Just wondering if this is a common trend for them or just the same sort of percentages as the general population?

I wonder that too now that you've asked because it seems like I've read that quite a few times on here... .  I am a female who is significantly older than my on and off BPD-bf... .  14 years older than him... .

Trying to get parenting and love maybe, sad if that's the case.  She told me she doesn't get on well with people her own age cause they haven't had life experiences like she had.  Her new partner is just 5 years older than her I was 19 yes older just another thing that made it really unusual.

Who knows, there might be a pattern. In my case my pBPD is 18+ years older than me

My exBPD gf was 15 years older than me.

When we split up she said I was too young for her and she needed someone older but I know an older guy wouldn't put up with her childish behaviour for too long. She told me she's always dated guys who were a lot younger than herself. Make of that what you will.

Mine was a lot younger than me, which is why I sometimes wonder if he's emotional immature as well.  A lot of my friends wondered how we even got together- I think it's because he mirrored me enough that I didn't even consider his age.  He seemed so put-together and mature... .  well, until the end.

My ex was 19 years younger that me, and he definitely had "mommy" issues.

My uBPD ex gf 12 yrs older than me,strangely she often referred to me reminding her of her father whom she speaks highly of yet never once during our r/ship spoke to him or visited him,I know from her telling me he repeatedly cheated on her mother,interesting thought

18 years older than x wife, 17 years older than three month fling that brought me here.

And yes, I'm older now, to the point that when the crazy presents itsself, I'm out. My tolerance for BS is shrinking. So good for me.

Mine was 2 years younger, all her ex and current have been within 2 years execpt one who was 5+ i think

My BPD ex wife is 13 years younger than me.

My soon to be former UBPD wife is 9 years younger.   She seemed mature for the 1st four years we were together... .  then 6 months after we were married, she seemd to be about 4 and a half years old.

Same... .  he frequently compared me to his mom.
