I really miss the excitment of the relationship. Even the bad parts had an element of excitement to it. Im trying to keep busy but nothing seems to do it for me.
Everything is like a sugar free version of how I felt.
The problem is sometimes I'm missing the excitment and I confuse that with missing her.

That is such a great way of putting it! Yes, healthier for you, won't make you sick - but boring as hell... .
.
I do know what you mean. It's like, normal people to me, now seem... . just too normal! They're nice, sure. But they're not HER. x

Oaky, yes, it seems bland, but boring is soo much better than constant chaos and blame. Just like when you start cutting sugar out of your diet, it takes awhile not to crave the rush and sweetness. After a while, though, you wouldn't go back for anything!

Okay, you men are drug addicts, and she was the drug! Or how you felt when you were with her was. Why not try skydiving? I hear it is a real rush and not nearly as dangerous as a toxic woman. Seriously! Have you noticed that the women on this board aren't missing the anger, blaming, violence, and hatred tripping from the tongue of their ex boyfriends or husbands? Why is it so different?
