About Choices

Mate, there’s nothing more EX than an EX – especially an exBPD
No ifs, buts or maybes – you are gone!
Yes, you’ve tried to reconnect a couple of times through various strange and devious means
But the answer is always the same, isn’t it!
I know it seems harsh but there’s a vital lesson in all this
Your behaviour is simply unacceptable
Ply your trade somewhere else or get help
The choice is yours
Sincerely

I would perhaps not send it, it is often wiser to write letters for ourselves and not sent them.
I like the spirit in your text. Short and straight forward.

Thanx
Was pretty much just 'thinking out loud' when I posted this ... .
It's just where my head's at at the moment ... .
It's not 'rocket science' - either someone has got what it takes to be in a wholesome relationship or they don't.
Unacceptable behaviour is exactly that and its important the BPDer gets this message very clearly
and understand there are consequences to their actions.

And having said all this, as unpleasant as it may seem but absolutely necessary, I am left with this thought:
Speaking of choices ... .
The splendours of life are there before us all
And it’s waiting for us to reach out and take it with both hands

Bloke,
I like it. The only thing missing is it is our choice also. People make choices everyday that I have no control over and whatever choices my ex makes no longer has any bearing on the choices I make everyday for myself.
Our choice, if we are going to let this experience effect the rest of our lives.
Our choice, if we are going to allow ourselves to get recycled over and over.
Our choice, if we can look deep inside and see how we let this happen.
And most importantly it is our choice when we decide to let go and move on to better things!

means its OUR choice ... .
So there you go, we're on the 'same page'

Trick - very true and wise! This is what taking back personal power and being accountable means and oozes emotional maturity.

Here's to us all making the right choices.
We have all been in the valley of despair and are climbing up the other side.
If we can get through this, we truly are survivors!
