i've been told/seen it written that it hurts worse each time we recycle ~ i think honestly that is one of the scariest things holding me back from recycling with my xBPDgf.   what can you think of to do, to put into place, to protect yourself, when she comes back in the future for another go round?

and, on the up side, the army will keep you plenty busy.  Smiling (click to insert in post)   if you feel like sharing, what's your MOS?

Dear freshly,

I hear you, man.  It's a confusing twist of anger, love, sex, jealousy, etc. and it trulys stinks in a big way.  There is good news too, however.  You need to read and start to understand the stuff on this website and others.  You can and will heal from this and like a broken bone is stronger than it was originally, you will be a stronger man for what you've gone through.  Right now, don't try to be tough (it would be like trying to walk on a frshly broken bone).  Accept that you're going to be a bit weak for a while and start the healing process by reading and asking questions here.  You have hundreds of people here who will help you.

firstly, thank you for your service!  Hi!   i'm a vet myself.

secondly, the bad news is you're in pain but the good news is you've identified, and admitted to, the problem (that's always the 1st step).  so it can only be "up" from here.

i've only recently, since finding these boards, started to feel a true tipping of the scales back in favor of my sanity.  Smiling (click to insert in post)
