When I was moving back to my home country I got so involved in the process that posting here stopped becoming a priority. Then I was so busy with life that I wasn't thinking about my ex with BPD. I decided not to start posting again because for a while I was happy just being where I was in life, which is rare for me.
Unfortunately last night I had a physical confrontation with my ex and it's left me kind of shaken up. I'd like to talk to you guys about what happened and try to sort out strategies for how to deal with her, given that I will not be able to avoid seeing her.
Thank you all for helping me to get to the stage where I was fine before. I'm sure I'll be fine again but I need a plan.

Hi RedSky,
I'm sorry to hear that you had a physical confrontation with your BPD partner that had you shook up. That must of been scary
Come back and give us a backstory as to your situation and we'll be happy to help
