got sucked in broke NC need serious advice

Good evening fellow survivors. I got sucked in or weak or whatever it may be and broke NC after I was contacted. I spent 5 hours sitting in her car watching her drink and put on the best waif I have ever seen with bouts of witch periodically.  She tried hard to bring out the protector superhero in me. I listened to her stories but was leery. I am back NC but my concern is she was visibly intoxicated to the point of driving over curbs... .she was on the way to pick up her children and other kids from school. Do I report this behavior to the school or authorities or do I just disengage and be NC... .HELP!

I don't have any answers for you.

But I know this has got to hurt in a catch 22 sort of way.
