Am entering the website for the first time. After 30 years of marriage, we are in love, but strained communication is shining light on what seems to be a BPD situation. Infindelity brought communication and BPD tendencies to the forefront. I hope to learn new communication skills, how to approach daily situations, and how to bring some peace to our relationship.

This is good place to learn a great deal about living with BPD issues within a relationship.
What particular issues lead you to believe BPD is at play?

Welcome.
In addition to WaveRider's question, I feel the need to ask which side of the relationship the infidelity came from.
Despite my current cr@ppy situation, I can confidently say that learning the skills you need is definitely do-able. And helpful. Poke around on the site a bit. The Lessons. The Success Stories thread. What other members are posting.
Hope to hear more from you.

Hi robbarb,
I wanted to join waverider and NGU in welcoming you to the site. Please tell us more when you feel comfortable doing so, and let us know what kind of help and support you hope to get here.
Do you have kids? Like NGU mentioned, there are some really helpful resources here. Have you looked at any of the Lessons for people in active relationships? Here's a link:

Keep posting - it is very therapeutic, and you will be greeted by so many people with circumstanced similar to your own. You will be amazed. Take care of yourself.
