Old email I came across... .Before I found out about BPD... .woah.  Wish I'd known before about it.  Thought I'd share this with y'all. 

I was traveling on business and she was making my life hell from 4 states away.  WHenever I travelled there was all kinds of insecurity and wild accusations... .telling me "what" was on my mind and how I was feeling... .This is what I wrote to her in response and frustration... .



I am so confused about you.  I feel terrified all the time that I am gonna say or do something that's gonna hurt you.   Remember, you are the one that asked me if I wanted to talk about it. I tell you what you asked, and you make assumptions on what I am feeling.  I know you think you know everything I'm thinking, but you're not me.  You aren't reading my mind.  I do my BEST to ensure what comes from my mouth is as truthful as possible.  Not talking and communicating is what destroyed my relationship with xxxxx (ex wife).  I cannot go through that again.  I won't do that with you.  No way! 

eggshells... .walked on em.  Don't do it anymore y'all... .Walk away and find someone good for you.  They will never do anything but ruin your life... .Getting away was the best thing I ever did.  Hang in there.  I promise it gets better... .
