VIDEO: "What is parental alienation?" Parental alienation is when a parent allows a child to participate or hear them degrade the other parent. This is not uncommon in divorces and the children often adjust. In severe cases, however, it can be devastating to the child. This video provides a helpful overview.

Hi guys, it's been nearly two and a half years since the breakup from a 2year relationship.

I honestly can't believe how long it's taken to process every thing since we split. I was a step father to her son during that time and she split with me a week before Xmas so as you can imagine it was was a little more intense then my previous relationship breakups.

Since the split I have worked super hard on myself having produced a hefty amount of artwork and music that I am really quite proud of. I have now been in Australia for the past Month after I decided I needed a massive change of scenery. One of the main reasons for coming out here was to really get to the bottom of the last healing blocks as I felt living 3 streets away from our old place we had together was limiting the final stages of closure.

My question to all you lovely people on here is: can you help me compile a list of really deep, into personal questions I can ask myself to get to the bottom of healing?

I can't keep this lingering over me anymore, no matter how well my friends and family have Said I'm doing since the split. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated Smiling (click to insert in post)
