Hi everyone, I'm healing from a relationship with a BPD that broke up with me.  I'm so glad I found this site because I thought I was going crazy.  As you know, this isn't a normal break up and I'm glad I finally figured that out.  Its so hard, I want him out of my head so I can move on.  Luckily he isn't contacting me but I just want this pain to be over.  I'm glad to be here and I hope it helps me move on along with the rest of you

Hello!

I come here to read a lot. Every time I start to think it's me... .I come here. It helps to be around people that have been through the sane thing. I hate trying to talk about it people who have no idea.

Hey healing-

You found this place for a reason, probably because you're reading a lot of stuff that is very similar to your ex's behavior.  This site exists for a reason too, because BPD is really a thing, you're not going crazy even though it may feel like it right now, you're not alone, and there are a lot of answers here.

Excerpt
Its so hard, I want him out of my head so I can move on.

That's a good goal, and good focus on the future.  How long was your relationship and how long has it been over?
