Welcome to the forums!

How do you usually ride out an episode? What does an episode look like? Is it a rage, silent treatment, or some other kind of weirdness?

The quickest way to get some tools is to read through the lessons that you will find to the right side. There is a lot of information to read and digest.

Would you mind sharing a little bit more about your situation? Is your person with BPD/BPD traits diagnosed? How long have you been together?

Hi lonesomeblly,

Trying to ride this episode out. Been a week so far... This one was more sudden than any other i could remember... Need tools !

there are quite a number of tools in the LESSONS that are usually effective. But like with any tool you may pick up in the hardware store a tool won't make you a skilled craftsman. Often how you grip a saw and how you move it makes as much difference as the quality of the tool. The board can be a good source of advice which tool to pick up and how to handle it - if you ask - when you are ready.

Welcome,
