She sent me a picture of herself through my sisters account. does she enjoy tormenting me or what? I don't even know why she's hanging out with my sister but it seems like she's trying to get a reaction out of me. I just ignored it.

your sister is a proxy... .she can retain the connection with you (under her level of control and safety) without actually having to connect with you directly. Remember: pwBPD have difficulty detaching.
