Need Support. Losing my mind.

I am feeling paranoid and honestly believe I'm being f***** with. In addition to everything from the previous thread, my ex-reactivated Her FB today. She de-friended me. She also de-friended my god friend who introduced us. All of this seems like way too much to be a coincidence. I'm going out of mind.

Mine done that for nearly a year before she eventually reached out asking to get back together.

she said it was coz she would have moments where she missed me then the stubborn side would kick in and she would block me or deactivate again. this went on for a year before she had the guts to speak.

i think her own shame stops her speaking yet if we try to speak then we are seen as weak and they gain strength again from us to stay away.

It is illogical and crazy but with this disorder they have. Nothing shocks me anymore.

I do understand how frustrating it can be tho coz my mind was going crazy too wondering what was happening all that time. so my heart goes out to you
