Recovery going pretty well here, 1.7 years out so well into detachment and don't want her back obviously, exBPD/npd is still with my replacement yet keeps emailing me the past few months after ghosting me pretty much till now, I've remained NC for the most part, her contacting me has triggered things a bit again but only a minor set back really, when triggered ill hit forums and do some reading and it helps, not sure how to take her keep trying to contact... i guess i won? what she did to me during our 4 years together is beyond words and truly awful so i have no choice but to remain NC... its been one hell of a year and half mentally... i'll bet some of you can relate, trying to stay strong although pretty lonely in my recovery... hoping you guys are being strong and trying to look after your emotonal health too

Hey Rickybee, Sure, it's lonely, but it leads to greater happiness.  Agree, no reason to dip your toe back in the toxic BPD soup.  Presumably she's throwing a few crumbs your way to see if you'll bite.  Suggest you stay the NC course.
