Over time, I’ve learned that naming what I’m seeing - without trying to resolve it - is often enough to create clarity.

Reflection, for me, has been about slowing down and creating space, rather than trying to get to an answer.

Reflection and understanding are not the same as resolution, but they can create a space where resolution becomes possible.
