It's been a week

9 days ago the girl who helped enable me to recover from the second worst place I've ever been in my life broke up with me with no warning and in a way that brought back every fear, anxiety and doubt I've had. And while she expressed her relief and happiness and love to her new boyfriend, saying nearly the exact same she said to me, I sat alone for 7 ish hours, unable to find someone to help comfort me. And there's so much more and I'm so tired. I didn't realize or understand so many things.
