hey ShadowA 

i felt very similarly. i thought that if a loved one treated me harshly, then having any conflicted feelings, any feelings at all really, meant there was something wrong with me. things got a lot smoother for me when i gave myself permission to grieve, and to miss my ex. it is natural to miss a loved one, even one that has treated you harshly, and i suspect it will go a long way toward managing your conflicted feelings if you feel them and observe them without judgment.

you suffered a loss, and that would hurt anyone. it helps to talk.
