Hi Rirdlant,
I'd like to welcome you to bpdfamily, depression is tough, a pwBPD have a tendency to trigger anxiety with loved ones around them, I suspect that if you have been diagnosed that you're under the care of an MD or GP? How long have you been diagnosed? How long have you been treating your depression? It really helps to get depression under control, I'd advise to do a lot of self care and I'd also suggest to stay in touch with family and friend, I often read posts from members where they're walking on eggshells if they're going to go out and do something for themselves, it's good to get feedback from family and friends because feedback from a pwBPD is mostly negative - distorted image and will help your self image. Also, you gain feedback from all of the members her too.
These links should help with depression.
